Over the years I have had the pleasure of helping many wonderful women to fall pregnant and whilst this is an exciting time for them the first trimester can sometimes be challenging.
It is also when they are most likely to experience extreme fatigue, sensitivity to certain food and smells and they may begin to experience morning sickness. Thankfully we have homeopathic remedies that can help with these symptoms. Many women don’t want to take medication especially in the early months of pregnancy and once again turn to homeopathy because it is non-toxic, safe and gentle.
I have put together the list of the top 6 homeopathic remedies for morning sickness to help you if you are in the first trimester of your pregnancy. These are the remedies I prescribe and use the most for my pregnant clients. If you have a homeopathic remedy kit you should have most of these remedies.
